These terms govern your use of ElderlAI, an iOS app published by Mythium. By using the app, you agree to them. Please read them with the Privacy Policy.

What ElderlAI is

ElderlAI is a friendly AI companion that chats, explains letters and photos, helps you think about whether something may be a scam, and sets reminders. It is a general-purpose helper, not a professional service.

Not professional advice

ElderlAI does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice, and is not a substitute for a doctor, lawyer, accountant, or emergency services. Always confirm important decisions with a qualified professional or someone you trust. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

AI-generated content

Replies are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally be wrong or incomplete. Use your judgment, and do not rely on ElderlAI as your only source for anything important.

Subscriptions

ElderlAI is free to use within a daily limit. Optional auto-renewable subscriptions (ElderlAI Monthly and ElderlAI Yearly) remove that limit and each include a one-week free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings, where you can also turn off auto-renewal.

Acceptable use

Use ElderlAI lawfully and for your own personal use. Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its services.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write and the photos you share. You grant Mythium permission to process them only as needed to operate the app, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time from within the app.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

ElderlAI is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mythium is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
